  • Technical issues where credits were not added to your account after payment.
  • Extended service unavailability preventing usage.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the credits have already been used for generation.
  • Requests made after 48 hours of the transaction.
  • "Change of mind" after purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please send an email to support@UnderCostai.com with the following details:

  • Details to Include: Transaction ID, Payment Date, Reason for request.

4. Processing Time

Review: 2-3 business days.
Processing: If approved, refunds will be credited back to the original source within 5-7 business days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
